He reaffirmed his commitment that this journey of service will be continued with full dedication and consistency.

He was addressing the Al-Khidmat Volunteers Awards ceremony held under the auspices of Al-Khidmat Foundation in Islamabad. In his speech, Waqas Anjum Jafri highlighted the importance of youth and the challenges they face, stating that the average age in Pakistan is approximately 22 years and 60% of the country’s population consists of youth, which is both a great opportunity and a significant challenge. Additionally, he spoke about agreements with Alibaba and a Singapore-based company, stating that Al-Khidmat is striving to provide modern skills to the youth and create opportunities in education and sports.

Addressing the ceremony, Dr. Aftab Ahmed, Rector of FAST University, said that 150 students of the university have performed voluntary services, which is a welcome development. He said that living for others is true success, and this spirit improves society.

Director of Volunteers for Islamabad District, Muhammad Aamir, said that more than 200 students served as Al-Khidmat Volunteers, while students from three different universities participated in the program.
